This Great Lakes region bank needed a new way to visually present themselves to their customers after pursuing an ambitious multi-year acquisition strategy.

SOLUTION

In working with Highland Group, our first step was a full site audit to discover redundancies and gaps in their existing site content. From there we worked with the client to develop a customer journey map that identified client interaction points.

We took this information and moved into some visualization exercises to identify the communication tone and look. After completing our research we developed multiple concepts for feedback and refinement. From there we built prototypes that would allow us to test our site architecture and communication strategy.

Finally, after client approval, we added on final UI elements in development before deployment.
