PROBLEM
The Life Sciences industry vertical needed to ideate and iterate on new ways to help targeted buyers handle complex events that include offerings and products from Consulting, Advisory, and Tax.
SOLUTION
While at LaFleur, we used large language model (LLM) capabilities and the Jobs To Be Done theory to analyze the primary needs, jobs, and challenges of individual buyers. Then, using further LLM analysis to find a job to fit from a preidentified list of possible offerings, we developed new product suites that targeted major business events.
Value: A process that normally takes months of research, planning, funds, and workshops was drastically reduced and provided a breadth of product package ideas that have the potential to generate real market traction.
