PROBLEM
Steelcase needed a creative strategy that turned sponsored research into informative materials for their dealer salespeople.
SOLUTION
In working with Highland Group, we took the sponsored research on Flexibility in the workplace and turned it into various materials from a booklet to presentation and workshops. I lead the booklet’s visual strategy, design, and art direction that informed all other program materials.
This project was challenging in that our strategy developed as the report was developing. The rapid development of the research required us to take an iterative approach to the design and visuals. We began the project by reading the source material and interviewing several subject matter experts to understand the overlaps and grey areas better. Our job was to establish parameters and subject segments so the report could be useful and understandable to the sales teams. This booklet was to set a new standard of design for other booklets to follow in Steelcase Health.
